Affiliate Agreement with PixelBay IT Solutions

By submitting this affiliate application, you agree that your affiliate account and club referral activity will follow the terms below.

  1. You agree that the starting affiliate commission is 8% of the total monthly system usage fee collected from each validated referred club. Each registered referred club is eligible for affiliate commission for one (1) year only, and no further commission will be paid for that club after the one-year period ends.
  2. The starting 8% commission may be increased by PixelBay IT Solutions, but it cannot be reduced below set commission during the active one-year period.
  3. A club referral is considered valid only when the registered club confirms or uses the affiliate referral code during club signup or when the club later validates the same referral code for linking.
  4. Affiliate commission is processed monthly only after the referred club has already remitted its monthly system fee for the same billing cycle.
  5. Affiliate payouts, follow-up verification, and any commission review may require matching the club referral code, signup record, and paid monthly system fee record before release.
  6. By signing the affiliate agreement, you confirm that your submitted details are accurate and that you agree to these affiliate terms with PixelBay IT Solutions.
